Slowdive were down to headline the Saturday but it turned out that they had to play early so they could get to Mexico for a festival the next day. In continuing bad news, Rachel had food poisoning and was unable to appear. Anyway, the remaining foursome - who when they play you can see where later post-rock groups got their sound - did a stand up (and unique) job in her absence. Hence we had the unlikely prospect of a number of long term Burger bands playing after the British veterans
Rachel Goswell was unable to play this gig due illness. This was the first concert ever of Slowdive without Rachel.

Slowdive was supposed to play the Levitation Festival but the event was cancelled at the last minute due bad weather. The band was then relocated to Scoot. From the Slowdive's Facebook Page:
